This nice fellow had had 5 previous strip cases and wanted to address bald scalp posterior to his previous cases, and to try and improve some of the non parallel and intersecting scars from multiple different surgical adventures with multiple different docs.
Shown are intraop and 1 week pics. Note that in the center donor area, there was a lot of scar tissue. Fortunately we got him down to only 1 scar on most of his scalp; although there was a lower area that I couldn't address. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA
