You can check my weblog for a 1 year update post HT. The hair in the top seems to have thickened little bit compared to the 9 month mark.

3V_2008,

Considerin the degree of hair loss you had, your hair looks great, especially in the front. I'm sure if you get another hair transplant for the crown, it will improve dramatically.

Thanks for following through and sharing your final transformation.

Welcome to the REAL hair club for men :-)

Best wishes,

Bill

The front is good but it looks like you lost more hair in the crown since your HT.

You are right. I had only 500 grafts implanted on the crown. If that were not so the crown would have looked a lot more emptier. I am on propecia every other day too. Considering that I am still losing some hair in the crown, I am inclined to get a second HT some time in the next year or two..and of course after I accumulate some more money . I think about 2000 grafts would do but I would wait for an year to see how the crown loss progresses.

Looks great! I agree...would go back and add a little more to the crown but the front is looking very nice. You like your hairline?

I will be in Dr. Cooley's chair in 13 days.

I like my hairline compared to what it was before. But would have preferred few more grafts in the temple region. I have wavy hair and cannot cover the temples adequately.

Nice results, unfortunately hair loss continues and basically you keep trying to catch up.

I think you hair needs to mature a bit more. My hair seemed to get better into 20 months.
