I am currently on vacation and left my Finasteride at home. The last time I took it was Tuesday morning. I won't be able to take it until Sunday afternoon. Is this ok? Thanks!

You should be fine. It stays in your system for a few days. Even if you lose hair at your pre-finasteride rate during those few days (which you won't) it wouldn't make much of a difference.
