This patient from Australia had a traditional strip surgery performed there which produced good results. However, his scar stretched making it difficult for him to enjoy water activities without becoming self-conscious of it.
We planed on placing 500 FUE grafts into the scar, but were able to easily extract 700 FUE grafts in one day. Here are the photos of before/just after/and 4 days after.
