Patient is a 45 year old female who had facial skin cancer. She was referred for evaluation for hair restoration after permanent radiation hair loss, Mohs surgical scars and tenous skin grafting to the face. Nearly all the left parietal, (left side of the face), was devoid of hair. 175 single hair grafts were utilized to outline and feather visable borders of hair loss. 1500 multi-hair FUTgrafts were used. This is a 12 month follow-up visit. The patient a life changing cosmetic improvement.

Dr. Keller,

Thanks for posting the update on this case - I recall seeing the postoperative photos when we were considering you for recommendation.

However, in order to appreciate the result, could you post a few additional photos of the result?

Honestly, there is too much existing hair seemingly covering the transplanted area, that it's virtually impossible to assess the growth.
