This very nice woman came to my office with diffuse hair loss at both temporal areas. The origin of her hair loss is unknown, but most likely genetic. It was not traction alopecia.
She scheduled for a 1900 graft procedure and received 2012 follicular unit grafts. The incision was sutured using a trichophytic closure. Post-op pictures are at the 6 month mark.

Edit: You had posted above but you apparently removed it. Thus, I've edited my comment. Dr. Ross, In my opinion, this is a nice improvement for only 2100 grafts placed between both sides of thinning hair. Best wishes, Bill

this one is lacking density big time.
if i was her i wouldn't be happy with this result. like this she def needs another procedure maybe even more than one, depending on who the doctor is.

for six months this result is very promising, will have a nice cosmetic impact with 2100 grafts, plus it is typical for females with typically disperse thinning areas to be susceptible to shock so if there are some hairs to rebound from that it will add to the coverage....so far so good
