Patient was a Class IV +. He had two procedures restoring the hairline, frontal zone I and a pass through Zone III, Mid-area remains strong and patient has had good stability with existing hairs and some regrowth in posterior crown with propecia and no further recession to the lateral humps. Some of the harshest lighting in pictures I've ever seen. Sorry doc but it's impossible to tell if the procedure went well or not!

Wow,the lighting either to light or to dark, I guess photography is not my profession. Suffice to say the patient is very happy.

Dr. Gencheff,

It's not just the lighting, it's consistency in before and after photos that's vital. This includes lighting, background, and angles.

Try taking photos against a white, light gray, or light blue background in bright enough lighting and don't use a flash.

You can see tips on taking and presenting realistic and compelling photos on this thread. Examples of impressive photo albums are included. I recommend reading through it.

That said, there is a definite improvement in the after photos.

Best wishes,

Bill
