No, protein powder does not cause hairloss. In fact, hairs consist of keratine, which is an amino acid - proteins are branches of amino acids!

Hi yes i know all about that stuff im quite educated on all the health stuff to be honest, but i was just wondering if it did affect biotin levels atall as i have read that high protien diet can do
