Graft placement would be nice. It looks like a solid result to me, either way. His right side does look a bit thin, though.

I'm with dakota on this. Reminds me of Niles off of Frasier. The hairline kinda looks grafty or discolored, something draws my eyes to the hairline on the his left side.

full marks for naturalness, not so much for density on the right hairline but it could just be the way the photo turned out. All said and done - the fact that the patient came back being pleased is itself a testimonial to the result.

I want to take back my statement of "Not impressed at all". Actually after looking some more at these pics I do believe that the results look decent but for 2100 grafts I'd expect more density.

Sorry I am not impressed. too much trauma and dollars involved in a 2100 graft session to get such subtle results. I certainly hope I get more coverage out of my 3k grafts.
The temple hair characteristics are also a bit unlike the natural hair adjacent to it so I would not call this a very natural looking result. A result posted by Dr. Rose in this forum a few days back does look much more natural to me so that would be my reference for now. but then thats me and if the patient is happy then he's entitled to be and I am happy for him.

as the matter effect, after reading some comments how the transplant "looks natural", i thought to myself that this guy's hair looked very natural BEFORE the transplant and looked much better than now. and now that the transplant is there, not so much plus not to mention lack of the transplanted hairs (density) to show for, going through all that trouble of waiting, scar, post-op blues etc. did it pay off? not in my eyes. it didn't. if i'm being too harsh for some of you i appologize in advance but that's just me or Manny being Manny.
