What would really be helpful is some postoperative photos so we can see the distribution of the grafts. However, from what I'm gathering, the grafts were placed further back than most members realize, in which case, the result is bang on for what 2154 grafts can accomplish.
Though it wasn't mentioned, it almost appears that the before pictures show sign of old minigraft work on the left and right side of the hairline. This could be an illusion due to the way his hair loss progressed. Either way, due to this illusion, I disagree with those who say this patient looked better prior to surgery. I can understand why members are saying the result could use more density. But I'm not so sure that given what had to be done that 2154 grafts could have realistically created a denser result. The good news is, if the patient wants more density, he can always go back. Overall, I'd say, it's a solid improvement. Postoperative pictures and top down result photos would be helpful to fully evaluate and/or appreciate this result. Bill

I don't want this to come across as making fun of the patient, because I'm not, but is it possible that his age is mislabeled? It says he is in his mid 30's, yet from what I can see he appears much, much older. Am I the only one who sees that? If he is actually in his mid 30's, maybe that is why the graft count is relatively low, he may be saving grafts for future loss.
