I figured the other thread out, but I'd be interested to see what you guys think I will need for my crown. Would you go to one of the 'whorls' or try and fix them both?

I think you could drop 2500-3000 grafts (donor dependent) in there TBH. Are you on meds to prevent the edges dropping potentially?

Dewayne, Is this picture an accurate description of what the crown looks like? If so then I would say about 2,000 grafts. Are you done addressing the frontal 2/3ds? If so then I agree with spex.

On a side note are you going to have Dr. Cooley take pics for comparisons of before and after this last procedure. No offense but your picture taking makes it hard to see your final results and it would be nice to see some quality pics. Good luck to you!

I concur w/ Spex. Will you be going to Dr. Cooley or a crown whorl specialist?

I would shoot for 3k and if your donor yields more all the better.

Capable? Yes. Specialize? No. Example: Dr. Wong v. Dr. Cooley. Especially being a double-whorl case, as I have one and know the weird pattern they have.
P.S. No disrespect Dr. Cooley.
