Dewayne- As you know the crown can be a black hole. So, like others have said, make sure you address any needs in the front two-thirds as well.

Personally, I would maximize the next session to thicken the front up a little and the crown.

Dewayne,

Firstly, I want you to know that I think your hair looks great one year after surgery. Thanks for going the distance and sharing your journey and photos with us.

Since the crown is known as the "black hole" for grafts, know that even if you are able to get 3000 grafts for the crown, though there may be vast improvement, it will be much more difficult to achieve any real illusion of density as it will be in the front. I agree however, that 2500-3000 grafts (based on the photos I've seen), will give your crown decent coverage and some level of density.
