This fellow has fairly thin hair up front and has lost much of his frontal triangle region. He has been on some type of South American medicine similar to propecia and expects to stay on this for the duration...
We discussed options of the case he chose, versus going into his thinning frontal tuft and transplanting there, all in one setting. He opted for triangle repair and a strip along and in front of his tuft; and acknowledges that he may need to address the tuft itself down the road. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA

This man stopped by while in the country last Friday. He is exactly 4 months to the day from his procedure and looks ahead of schedule with maybe 35% growth and a pretty nice scar. We'll see him next summer.

So he stopped in again Friday, despite our snowfall, and has pretty good growth at 6 months and a few days postop. More pics this summer.
