This is a nine month result of 63 year old man who underwent a session of 3357 grafts into the frontal and midscalp regions. He was previously operated on elsewhere with a 2000 graft hair transplant session. The patient expressed dissatisfaction with that procedure because of poor density and limited coverage. His main goal at consultation was to reestablish density in the front half of the head and to improve the appearance of his frontal hairline. His existing donor scar width measured approximately 4 mm. The donor strip was designed to remove the old scar and a non-trichophytic closure was performed in anticipation of a future session to treat the crown. These post-op photos were taken on the day of his crown fill-in procedure, which I hope to post at a later date.

In my opinion, Dr. Konior gets better results with fewer grafts than anyone. The front and midscalp regions were covered with only 3357 grafts and it looks that good, amazing. I have to assume that this man has great hair characteristics, but regardless I stand by my opinion!

Top doc's produce excellent work on an everyday basis.3357 FUG is still a lot of hair.
Dr Konior is certainly a top choice for anyone.
