While not complete books, Google offers some great extensive previews that include many many pages of some of the best hair transplant literature. for example here is a classic by Unger and Shapiro

Hair Transplantation Unger and Shapiro

If you are serious about reading up on transplants I strongly recommend browsing this free online resource.

miked,

Thanks for posting this. It's a great book and contains a lot of valuable information. I own the book and have read a good portion of it. However, it contains so much content, it will take some time to get through it all.

I encourage any of you die hards out there to pick up a copy if you're interested.

Best wishes,

Bill

You may want to wait a short while, since a new edition of the Unger/Shapiro book (entitled "Hair Transplantation") will be coming out later this year or early next year. Also, just a few years ago, there was an excellent smaller text published, also titled "Hair Transplantation", edited by Drs. Haber and Stough.
