Looks great!

But holy crap is that a mullet?!? God might punish him with more hair loss in the future for that one.

He seems to have good hair characteristics for a HT. Lucky guy didn't have much crown loss either.

Does Dr. Panine ever shave the recipient area?

Great job Dr. Panine, but I have to agree with aaron1234 that I personally would not rock the Bernie Kosar circa 1988 look, but to each his own! Keep these results coming!

Aaron,

In answer to your question. I know that when you look at the photos that it appears that the donor area is not shaved, but that is because he only shaves the area that he is going to remove. The patients like this better because then they can cover up the the sutures better with their hair.

Another terrific example of your work, for only 2,400 grafts he has nice coverage. One more session and it will probably look like he has a full head of hair.
