propecia, rogaine, nizoral shampoo, all or any one of them help. Propecia is your best best though.

NOURKRIN=snake oil.

Just like all other "marine" products.

Better to try cod liver oil/artic fish oil.

footbag_man,

Nourkrin hair nutrient is a food supplement that allegedly promotes hair growth and strengthens thinning hair.

However, most herbal treatments lack the clinical studies to support any claims of stopping hair loss.

Therefore, until I see clinical studies supporting these claims, I'd suggest sticking to proven treatments like Propecia (finasteride) and Rogaine (minoxidil).

I will be moving this thread to the "Herbal Hair Loss Remedies" section of the forum later today.

Best wishes,

Bill

i ve been using nourkrin shampoo for 2/3 yrs.it stops shedding to an extent.wouldn recommend it to be the only med for your regime.i think it can replace nizoral if your looking for a shampoo for ur hairloss.
