It's interesting to watch the debate on this particular machine. Personally I would never try it, but I'm not in a position to waste donor. What I find most interesting about the whole debate is the huge interest in developing new tools and machines to make the procedure easier for clinics and doctors that have such a hard time in performing the procedure. I think too much time and effort is being place on trying to make it easier, while not enough time is being placed on developing ability. I guess developing ability is the hard road. But it certainly does confirm my beliefs that the procedure itself is superior in the right hands.
