The work looks very nice and clean, Mick. So to clarify, this patient only had work done in the crown for now?
2700 into the crown area is a good number and should yield a great outcome.

Mick....thats a lot of twos! should be great coverage, especially if its concentrated in the vertex....suprised he didnt want to treat the front but his pattern will be a lot more balanced.

Mick,

It's interesting to see grafts placed in the crown first whereas most usually start at the hairline and go back. But if this patient's goal was to have uniform coverage, I'm sure this will help meet his goals.

Does he have any plans in the future for hairline reconstruction?

Best wishes,

Bill

Thanks for the comments,
Janna , you are right of course 2700 is a heck of a lot of hair but it seems to disappear easiely enough in the crown as opposd to the front. Will you be coming to Amsterdam this year? If so it will be good to have a proper chat this time round. You seemed to never stand still in Montreal.
Orangehair, initially i felt the same but i can understand the patients feelings.
Bill Normally it's the front to back approach but i would think he will be looking at the front down the line.We will be reviewing things every six months or so and updating progress.

A nice job, a safe approach from the patient, giving him options for the future depending how he holds on meds. Makes sense
