Dear Friends
This gentle man who had a severe type VII MPB and also a type B donor density. I have tried to give him a lower mature hair line along with the judicial plaement of grafts (4362 grafts). It was a challanging case and was refused a surgery by two centres in UK both very prominent doctors and one centre in USA. I tried my best, please let me know your comments.

His actual hair line lies at 8 cm but if you see the dotted line that is for transition zone its at 7.5 cm.
So the illusion of lower hair line has been created inspite of having such a severe hair loss pattern.

yes Dr. M i think it's preatty safe to say that you are the king of "i'm not touching that" cases but still i have not yet seen a concrete example of a let's say NW3 or NW4 guy restored to "perfection" with a short hair cut, hair pulled back exposing the hairline, and without the left-to-right combover. so i'm still looking forward to seeing that kind of example from you.
kudos for this job btw!!!!

Dear PGP and Dakota
I am sure that was the the first option discussed with him. Now if the person insist of doing a surgrey and saying I need hairs even if they are few....what would you do....... I think if some one understands the concept of surgrey and the limitations and still opt to go ahead all you can do is try your best.....YES he would have looked great with shave off head but here in Asia people do not like to do head shave........we have different thinking than Caucasians.........need to understand the ethinic variations of demands etc
