36 years old male patient.
Operation is done on 13.02.2009 Pictures are taken on the next day. Will be posting pictures later months for the follow up. 4249 grafts were transplanted by FUT 1000 grafts were transplanted by FUE 614 single hair FU 1279 double hair FU 3331 triple hair FU 25 four hair FU transplanted.

I'm surprised you got that number of grafts from someone balding that far down in the crown area. Also, was in wise to cover the entire area, instead of trying to build density in the front/top area? I guess he's cashed out of donor hair, seeing as FUE was resorted to also.

maybe it's just me, but the grafts seem to be placed kinda like in patterns, if that makes sense; I guess it looks differant from what I'm use to seeing; i would like to see this result in 12 months after it has grown out;
