Hello everyone,

I started losing hair in my early to mid twenties. Did some research and decided to go with Dr. Albert in PA. He was extremely charming and personable. A hair transplant client himself. I did a 1600 FUT with him.

6 years later, after careful considerations I decided to go with Dr. Lindsey, A recommended Dr. He was very honest and went right to the point. His staff is very friendly and his cutters are top notch. The new strip he cut was longer then the old scar by a couple of inches. That 2 inch of 'new scar' looks fantastic - very thin. Dr Lindsey and his staff was able to produce 3180 FUT. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Wish everyone trying to improve their appearance good luck.

What did your previous work look like? How wide was your scar and how much did it stretch after your second HT?

BigBill, I didn't document my first procedure very well. Check out the blog images. Its the best I can do.

Some parts of the scar had to be at least 1/4 inch. Now on the right side its slightly thicker. On the left its actually thinner than before.

Where would you guys put me in the Norwood scale? Also, how would you rate progress at this stage in the game?

okay2land,

It usually helps when you post photos or at least link to your patient website. Since you haven't, nobody will be able to comment on your work or answer this question.

I know you told me that you created a website however, unless you've de-activated it or listed it under a different alias, I can't find it.

That aside, I'm sorry you are feeling like you didn't receive as many comments as you would have liked. I do hope you'll reconsider charting your progress with us and giving our members an opportunity to support and encourage you.

Best wishes,

Bill

Bill I did have photos and a link on two different post introducing myself and my situation with a total of at least 300 views, not including the blogs which I'll copy and paste here:

" Your site has been seen 533 times. "

But no worries. Like I wrote above I wish nothing but good luck to everyone.

Take care
