I have to agree that this result looks thin. I say that based on my own results. I had around 3800 grafts in the front half and it gave me much better density in that area (and I didn't have much hair there).

Having said that, this man should not expect super dense hair from 7800 grafts over such a large area, but I would expect more that what I am seeing.

Thank you for your response on the pictures. When a patient has 60,000 hairs on the top of the scalp and has lost over half of that hair, thats at least 35,000-40,000 hairs that he has lost. We replaced roughly 19,000 hairs, the pictures are what to be expected.Since the patient did not take preventitive steps his only option was to have addtional surgeries. He looks great and is very happy with the results
Half of 35,000 to 40,0000 is about 19000 so therfore he should have the illusion of density, which he does not have.

Also at 7800 grafts this guy must have had above average donar qualties if he had 19,000 hairs. Im not trying to harp on this but for this amount of grafts it just doesnt stand up to the Shapiro's, Fellers, Rahals, H&W's of the world. I would be dissapointed!

To add to this.... The back 2/3rd's seem to look the same in the before and the afters. The only improvment "which is very slight" is in the front 1/3rd.
