Patient was 27 years old with a classII temple recession. He had a told of 1495 grafts. Patient wanted to add density and slightly bring down temples. Post-op pictures are 18 months after surgery.

Is this patient on any meds or topicals?

The new hairline genuinely looks really soft and natural, it mimics a real hairline imo, the texture of the transplants do not stand out in anyway, that's very unusual, so naturally I am skeptical. ha.

None the less, very very nice work.

edit: sorry had to take another look and I can't get over how soft the hairs are! where were they taken from, did you use any nape hair? really really impressed.
