I must say this is the first time ever where a person's looks is judged rather than the actual work on a ht forum. But everyone is entitled to their opinion. I personally don't see this patient as a frog before or after ht surgery - just my opinion. What matters the most is that the patient is happy with his results.

If I could get a comparatively similar increase in density from such a number of grafts, even though my loss is much less, I'd be beaming with gratitude. Great work Doctor!
I'm quite gobsmacked at the judgemental comment on his appearance, he looks like a regular guy to me and even if he wasn't, so what?
