I don't see any pre-op pics on the blog . . . it's hard to evaluate progress (or lack thereof) without them. (Also, it would be helpful to have the blog link embedded in your signature.)

Grow well . . .

Hey MGEM, I will endeavour to get your pre op pics up to help compare. Not on the main database but leave it with me mate. When transplanting into an area of AA like your growth can be slow so be patient bro. Looks like you have really started to transform though

I've got to be honest before i saw these preop/postop pics i was getting a bit down and worried about my growth rate, especially when you see other folks growth, comb is a good example of fast growth but were all different. Now i've seen them there is good growth, all the numbness is gone and the scar has healed very well.I guess i'm still struggling with being a patient patient!!.I will put some more pics up after xmas thanks mgem

Not that i know of. I had scurvy when i was about 7 or 8 and the doctor perscribed betnovate which either burnt my scalp or the scurvy was picked/scratched off resulting in the patch. Various specialists only ever told me to use medicated shampoo, not really interested was the impression i always got.

Hey Mgem,

I'm a little confused. So your bald patch wasn't a case of alopecia areata (AA)?
