Agree with all of the other guys. Extra-ordinary.
One question I do have though, is post op from the first HT, it seems as though the patient has experienced great growth, but not really in the hairline, more towards the middle area of the head. Most HT philosophies recommened addressing the hairline primarily, obviously down to framing the face and using the best and strongest hairs in that area due to the fact the hairline is the most visible and must stand up to closer scrutiny. How would you explain this?
