Patient was coming in due to very poor density in the frontal area. He wanted to achieve a younger appearance by filling in the front and the vertex area. We focused on the frontal area and were able to reach a part of the crown. We placed 500 one haired grafts in the hair line, 1715 grafts were placed in the post hairline frontal region post mid scalp/anterior post vertex
