Personally I would rather be bald than sport a combover look. But if this patient likes it and feels more confident, who are we to say it's not a good result?

Dr. Humayun,

Thank you for answering my question. Would it be possible to post a video of this patient. It would be greatly appreciated...

In addition, and this may sound goofy, I think if he got a haircut on the sides and back and blended the hair better, the bulkiness of the hair woul be severely minimized thus providing a more even look...

For what it's worth, I still think he looks natural...Now the front and side transitions look well blended too...The third procedure would provide a less stark transition in the back pf the head-but we all know HT's are a process, more so for this guy.

In the end, the imporvement is significant and helps this guy have a better quality of life.

Thanks,

Dr. Mohmand, did this patient undergo hair transplant 3. For the type of balding he had, I think you did an outstanding job. I think one of your posts mentioned he had one more surgery to go, so I am wondering how this person's result is now. Thanks.
