50 Year old patient with a class 5-6 hair loss. 4000 grafts total were placed after two surgeries. We did 800 ones 2300 twos and 900 three and fours. Most of the grafts were placed in the frontal area. Pictures shown are 8 months post-op.

Thank you for the nice comment, I think he looks great also and he is very happy. As far as I know he doesnot use any medications for his crown and these are post op pictures after hair transplant only. I have not prescribed propecia yet but I may do so to prevent future hair loss.

Thank you for the nice comment. We put grafts both in the front and in the crown area(mostly in the front), but we did cover most of the crown area.
