I was just going over shuffles blog and it states he has a small head having only 120cm2 of balding area, and all up he had 8200 grafts, meaning his density would be over 65 grafts per cm2. Is this right? I just read that 58cm is average circumference for a European male, anybody know what shuffle's was?

u mean 58 grafts per cm2 is an average?? I think for an average natural result, u may need 45-50 grafts per cm2. More than that will not make any differences. He may did a dense pack surgery

Assuming follicular units were distributed evenly, you are right about his density.
