56 year old woman referred by a plastic surgeon to address severe scarring in the hairline after a face lift and failed scar revision. Patient received 1639 grafts; the scars were implanted along the hairline with 270 single hair grafts on both the right and left side. Grafts were placed in a sagittal and coronal direction using a 0.8mm blade. Behind that, 500 multi follicular units were placed on the right and 599 on the left using a 1.1mm blade.

Fantastic improvement. Very natural. I bet this, in conjunction with the facelift, made her look like a new woman!
