Patient is a 38 year old man who is 9 months from a hair transplant to the frontal scalp.
One session: 3428 grafts 1's: 661 2's: 2218 3's: 547 4's: 2 Strip length: 26 x 2.0 cm (see photograph) Hair Texture: Fine to medium, little curl to it Scalp Elasticity: Loose (In fact, the strip was measured at 26 x 2.0 cm, when removed from the scalp, he had significant shrinkage of the width to 1.5 cm - see photo of strip markings) Average slit density: 46 slits/sq cm, as documented in photo, higher in frontal hairline with the singles. Slit sizes: 0.70 mm frontal hairline single hair follicular units 0.85 mm 2 hair follicular units 0.90 mm 3 and 4 hair follicular units
