60 year old white male with history of plugs.

Patient had hairline excision of plugs.

480 plugs were dissected into follicular unit grafts and recycled into scalp.

One year later the patient had additional 2019 follicular unit grafts.

Wow, this guy must be very pleased. I cant imagine the hell he's been through with those plugs. Very nice improvement. Does "hairline excision of plugs" mean a brow lift was performed or that the plugs were cored out individually?

Thanks for your comment.
The whole frontal hairline was excised. He is very pleased and it has changed his whole outlook dramatically. He is no longer fearful of a windy down or swimming in the pool.

Big improvement . It seems by doing a linear excision more hairs were able to be salvaged . Punching out the plugs may have transected a lot more hairs . Plus a more natural look than if a bunch of individual scars were left there from coring those big old grafts .
