This local patient wanted to have his hairline and crown area restored so he would look more like his actual age. He understood that his juvenile hairline would not be natural for the long term so an adult hairline with proper temple recession was constructed. Dr. Hasson also reconstructed the natural whorl pattern of his crown for the result you see below. This was accomplished with 3113 grafts in one session.

Well, this is a fabulous result. How old is this patient, and do you have any immediate post op pics?

Great looking results Jotronic. A hair transplant and the appropriate length of hair can go such a long way! Do you know if his hair is naturally curly or did he get a perm / wave to add to his density? Either way - great outcome.

Fantastic result. I also like how he kept his original haircolor. When they dye and highlight it blond on the after pics, it's difficult to judge the actual improvement.

Beautiful result. I'd like to see some photos from immediately after the op, to see the placement area. I have a similar hairloss and wavy hair.

Future_HT_Doc, you've written that his hair is of thick calibre, this is not so obvious to me from the photos. To me it looks to be wavy, but not so thick. Perhaps I am mistaken, maybe Joe could clarify this

His hair is naturally curly/wavy as you see in the photos. Nothing was done to his hair by him or by us.

I think his hair has a bit more bulk to it than average so not only is it naturally wavy it is a bit more coarse than average but not to the point of being "mutant" coarse.
