two surgeries and i'm still not impressed with this patient's improvement. although granted, there is some slight improvement, to compare this result with some other top notch docs in here or even some average results for that matter, there would be a huge noticeable difference in terms of "illusion" imo.
what's up with micros technique??? recommended doctors are still using minis and micros? hmmmm donno....

The overall results is still quite thin and looks "grafty" at the hairline.

Confused on the documentation and timeline. before and after is kinda hard to tell the difference, just looks like it's styled different.

i know Leeson.
give those 3500 grafts to Rahal or any other top notch doc and he would turn that head with that type of hairloss into Elvis and i'm not even exaggerating here. beauty in all that - one pass easily.

I wasn't impressed when i first saw the pictures but didn't want to be the first to say it. There are so many excellent post op pictures on this site, that when you see the results from this one you can't be impressed. Sorry

I concur with the comments posted above. I stared and stared and the photos posted, and did try to have an open mind. But, the difference following two surgeries must surely leave this patient wanting more density and more natural results. The immediate post-op photos look unimpressive in (a) density, (b) micro's?? and (c) overall slit sizes look quite large.
