This patient had wonderful results despite the contrast between his hair and skin. The after photos were taken approximately a year and a half after his 2nd surgery.

And here's a photo of the patient directly after his first surgery.

Is there an improvement? YES. However I would expect a lot more out of 4200 graphs. There was not a lot of native hair before so it does not seem like there was much more native loss in that time period. I could be wrong but this is not a "WOW" end result.

NHI,

Thanks for posting.

In my opinion, this is a nice improvement and very natural looking.

However, as you know, posting results with wet hair makes hair appear thinner than it really is. Do you have any photos showing the result with dry hair?

I think this might make a difference in the appearance of density of the result.

Best wishes,

Bill

I agree 100%. Not enough density for 4200 grafts!
