Also, your friendly neighborhood internet rep loves Starbucks.  IMHO, it is ALWAYS a good idea to engage the techs, they work hard!!!! The more engaging the patient, upbeat he/she is, the easier it is for the entire staff to feel good. Professionalism is paramount...but happy professionalism can't be beat!!! Jason
