Hey guys, I've been interested in changing from Propecia to Proscar due to the cost factor. Every pharmacy I call, they only carry the generic version of Proscar. Is there a significant difference between the generic version of Proscar and the brand name Proscar?

Generic and branded Proscar both contain the same active ingredient (Finasteride) and at the same quantities, any other ingredients will only be fillers and coating and won't effect the mediction.
