Hi everybody!
This patient wears a hairpiece regularly and noticed that the hair on the sides of his head was not matching the density of the hairpiece he wears. We did a transplant for him in two different sessions to increase the density, and in the after photos you can see how the match is quite good. He is quite pleased with his transplant. These two are photos from directly after the surgery.

I guess his sides thinned to such an extent that matching everything up to his native density as was just didn't cut it for him.
While I really don't know what to expect for such a procedure, I think it looks really good, and a big improvement I imagine, especially the right-hand side shot.
