This nice fellow was on a very limited budget and declined a larger case. We had a nice result from a 1200 graft case with all singles placed along the hairline, and some doubles mixed in behind that first half inch. He is a bit over a year and seems satisfied. His top has stayed stable during this year. He has expressed interest in PRP which we may start to offer as the summer progresses.

The last 3 pics looks quite nice; and it seems a lot of good got done with only a little. A top-down would be good to see, but specific pics aside, I don't think the overall documentation is doing your work justice, or showing it off in a way to best maximize clarity and appreciation for the "before" and the "after". Not that this case is terrible or anything, and I feel this way for the *vast* majority of clinics; it's only because I believe you have a true drive for transparency and quality, and that I would like to see your work stand out further that I mention.

IMO, I would simply copy the protocol for photography that like Dr. Feller or H+W typically use. Selection of befores/afters, angles, sequencing, etc.

Nobody expects bells and whistles, nor professional photographic flair, though it can be cool (Dr. Devroye, e.g.).... just consistency and clarity in presentation. The fact that so few clinics practice this makes it all the more advantageous to adopt.

Bottomline, it would benefit prospective patients, and is refreshing for anyone to see; but ironically it would really benefit the clinics themselves who adopt this m.o. even more....just my opinion, of course, but I feel pretty strongly that it'd be a win-win for every patient who does research and every doctor who actually wants patients to research. Again, the result def does looks like it's damn good.

Dr. Lindsey,

From the photos, this is a nice looking result. But to truly appreciate the results, additional photos showing multiple angles, especially of the after photos are optimal.

Best wishes,

Bill
