This patient received a transplant by a National chain at 20 years of age. Because of the poor density and scarring that he received he was psychologically affected significantly. Because of this, I agreed to re-transplant his hairline and revise his scar. We used high density ultra refined transplants with custom cut blades using 0.7ml for the single hair follicles and 0.85ml for the 2 hair follicles. He is now extremely happy and no longer worries about how his hairline looks.
Total graft count was 1539.
Singles: 645
Doubles: 822

Nice job doc - the repaired are has improved significantly in 8 months and his hair will certainly soften also in the coming months

Honestly, that does not look like bad work form the "national chain".

Sure he could use density that a second pass provides, but we've all seen much worse.

I hate to say it, but i think he looked better before. The 2nd ht looks too dark compared to the rest of his hair. almost like someone colored in his hairline. also, the transition between the new ht and his native hair looks very harsh, perhaps because of native hair thinning.

i have thought all your results look fantastic so far, not so sure about this one. maybe if he grows the hair longer it will blend a bit better? please keep us updated on his progress.

I liked it, rare to see a transplant cut so short, the shape of the hairline is very nice indeed
