"54 yearold male, 7 months after first hair transplant to hairline zone and frontal third of his head. he had 2000 micrografts translplanted. Patient was from out of town and has not been able to make it in for 12 month photos. He was very pleased with the results that he acheived so far at 7 months. Unfortunately the 7 month side views were not clear due to camera problems but I think the overall excellent and early results are evident."

Micrografts?

I've asked Dr. Rosenberg about her use of the word micrografts previously. She uses the term micrografts interchangeably with the term follicular units. I've encouraged her previously to use the term follicular units since they're not exact synonyms.

For the record, micrografts are simply 1 and 2 haired grafts cut under microscopes. Follicular units are hair groupings as they occur naturally in groups of 1, 2, 3, and sometimes 4 hairs.

the frontal pics look good but a top down would be preferable to judge this one fairly. also the lighting etc makes for a tough comparison
