Since Nawoak's tone about his procedure with Dr. Pathomvanich has changed significantly and he recognizes the complications of the first surgery with another doctor and boundaries Dr. Pathomvanich had to work around, I've removed the "NOT VERY HAPPY" from the title of this thread.

This removes the negative bias members will have as they read through the thread. Those who read through the thread can draw their own educated conclusions based on all the information found within.
