Killbyinches,
Ever hear the expression, "Never Look a Gift Horse in the Mouth"? :-). I agree with RTC. Reported side effects (though rare) include a lessening of the sex drive. You apparently have achieved the opposite effect. As to why however, I couldn't tell you. If you're concerned about it, you may want to speak with a doctor. Best wishes, Bill

Some people find that proscar initially gives them a testosterone surge, hence the increased libido. It will normalise, your socks are safe.

An increased libido is more likely than experiencing ED from Propecia according to Merk. or at least that's what Rassman says.

My pill is orange... and it's destroyed my drive so far. I've been on it for just two full days, and it's already scaring the hell out of me. I'm staying optimistic for the next few months though. If this keeps up, I don't know what I'll do :\
I must say you've very lucky. |

but yeah definitely give it few months to see if things will improve for you and then go from there. also keep taking vitamin B complex, vitamin C and MSMs as that might balance some things out for you. i said it might, so go with all that few months and report back and let us know if things improved for you. good luck and all the best! P.S. i had it too but it went away after appx. 2-3 months so my advice is don't give up and give those vitamins a try as i think that's what helped me.
