42 year old male with a Norwood class IV balding pattern. He received 2482 grafts in the surgery to the frontal hairline, frontotemporal recessions, and forelock. The after photos are ten to eleven months after the surgery.

I think that this is a very nice result. Not a head turner, hence the lack of comments currently. But, I doubt that at 42 years old and good head of hair anyway, that this patient would have wanter anything else. Certainly not a solidly straight 18yr olds hairline.
It looks totally natural, without doubt a great improvement visually, and with a very conservative number of grafts. No extra stress regarding further loss and available donor. I believe this to be a very good result! Congratulations to all!
