on another note i was wondering what your results have been like, i've been on pro for 3 1/2 months stopping for 2 weeks due to sides. I feel the hairloss has slowed some but no signs of regrowth, also i think i had a shed in the first 2 months mainly in the front (well thats where it shows more) but no sign of this coming back ??? i here that the dormant hair takes 6 weeks to grow back so i should be seeing some results by now right ? im definaly still getting thinner on top but dont know if its from shed or continued hairloss (im a low nw3)
i have only been on treatment for 3 1/2 months so im probably being a tad hastey but the sides are making me impatient, i know you guys have been on the treatment for quite a while and could probably put my mind at ease.
thanks

they say to stay on propecia for a year before you may see results.. me personally, by 4 months i saw hair improvement in the quality and much much less hair falling out.. its hard for me to see regrow because im not probably a nw1 if that at all.. I never really experienced a shed, my hair kept falling out like it always did till day by day it lessoned.

When I first took it as prescribed 1mg a day by 14 days I had to stop for a week and played around with the dose. At first .5 ed for 3 weeks but this gave me problems like before so I stopped until pain went away which took 4 weeks at this stage(longer than I thought) which demonstartes maybe what a strong effect it has on your physiology. then I got to where I am now. You should give it plenty of time to work,12 months!!.My hairline did shed a bit in the beginning but is back to normal after a few months. If you can stick with it at least you will know if it is working or not at the end.
