37 year old, class 5V- 8 month post-op patient who had approximately 3350 grafts in one session.
Photos taken demonstrate approximately 2/3 hair shaft thickness and one year photos will be posted. 348 single hair grafts, 352 double hair grafts were utilized for feathering front hairline. Approximately 2650 three and four hair hair grafts were used for crown and the rest of the scalp.

Why include two of the most honest and informative shots (top-downs) in the before, yet not one in the after?

Dr. Keller,

I think the above results look good in the photos you've presented. However, it's beneficial if you're consistent with the angles of photos you present before, post-op, and after the results have grown in. I encourage you to post a top down after picture and a close-up of the hairline if you have one too.
