What are we supposed to see here? We need more information. Number of grafts, post op pictures....
Plus, I don't want to sound negative but your "after" picture looks like you have a concealer in it.

Hate to be constantly speaking out against L. Shapiro but we have YET to see one patient who has before and after pictures that dont look like they were taken with a disposable camera...or worse.
And I would be willing to bet the house that you are wearing concealer in the after picture. I like how the flash bounces off your Dermatch in the middle
