Gentleman status post multiple TP's and a scalp reduction at another facility, came to us wanting to enhance his results. He has severe open donor rendering donor harvest a challenge. This case shows that even with a small number of follicular units, significant improvements can be achieved. These results are only 7 months post TP, hence further improvement is likely in the ensuing several months.

Can you provide surgical photos for this patient? It could be because he already had a lot of natural hair, but I'm honestly not seeing much of a difference between the before and after pictures.
